Day 1: Fly from Nairobi to Maasai Mara
After breakfast, pick up from your hotel and transfer to Wilson Airport for the flight to Maasai. The flights about 45 minutes before you arrive the airstrip. Pick up by the lodge or camp vehicle and transfer to the lodge. Lunch at the hotel. Relax at the lodge or camp till 1630 hours when you proceed on a game drive till sunset.
Situated in the heart of the Great Rift Valley, with an area of 1,812 sq. km, limited to the East by the Talek river and Loita plains, Masai Mara, Kenya´s leading Game Reserve, lies on the border between Kenya and Tanzania and is the northern extension to the renowned Serengeti plain.
Between July and September, over a million wildebeest, more than two hundred thousand zebra with their attendant predators cross the Mara River and spread across the plains in a seemingly endless procession.
Dinner and overnight at your lodge in Masai Mara – Keekorok Lodge.
Day 2: Day in Maasai Mara
Early morning game drive starting at 0630 hours. Return to the camp for breakfast. Relax at the lodge till lunch time. At 1630 hours proceed for a game drive in the park till sunset. Dinner and overnight at your lodge – Keekorok Lodge.
Day 3: Game Drive – Flight Maasai Mara to Nairobi
Early morning game drive beginning at 0630 hours. Return to the lodge or camp for breakfast. Further game drive in the Mara till lunchtime. Lunch at the lodge or camp. After lunch, check out of the hotel and depart with a game drive towards the airstrip.
Depart on the afternoon flight from Maasai Mara back to Wilson Airport. On arrival, pick up and transfer either to your hotel or to the airport for your home-bound flight.
