Routing:Nairobi - Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru - Lake Baringo - Nairobi
Day 1: Drive from Nairobi to Masai mara Game reserve
You will be picked up from your hotel by Hallmark Travel Planners representative. You depart Nairobi on a customized safari bus going south through the Rift Valley. Picnic lunch will be served on the way. After lunch, proceed on to Maasai Mara reserve. Visit a local village to see the masai way of life before checking into you campsite for dinner and overnight.
Day 2 and 3: Day in Maasai Mara
You can take an early morning game drive followed by breakfast. An optional game drive game is available after breakfast. Or an additional visit to the local villages. At 1630 hours, take another game drive till sunset before retiring at your campsite.
Day 4: Drive Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, we shall leave the Mara and head for Lake Nakuru. Packed lunch en route. Lake Nakuru is often called the pink lake because of the large number of larger and lesser flamingo. Apart from birds, the lake also offers a wide variety of small game such as rhino, buffalo, impala and water buck. Dinner will be served at a budget hotel to include an overnight stay with hot showers.
Day 5: Drive Lake Nakuru to Lake Baringo
Take an early breakfast and then drive into the natioal park of nakur for game viewing and photography. Return to your hotel for lunch. After lunch, depart for Lake Baringo
Explore the area around Lake Baringo including the possibility of visiting the local villages and a boat ride on the lake. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.
Day 6: Visit Lake Bogoria – Drive to Nairobi
This is the true naturalists lake with flamingos in their thousands. We will be able to explore on foot but caution must be taken while walking near the hot springs at Lake Bogoria. In the afternoon we will depart from Nairobi to arrive late evening.
