Routing: Nairobi - Maasai Mara - Lake Nakuru - Nairobi
Day 1: Drive from Nairobi to Maasai Mara
Pick up from your hotel by Hallmark Travel Planners representative. We depart Nairobi driving through the lush local farmlands found to the edge of the Great Rift Valley. If you so wish, you can take photographs and enjoy the breathtaking views from some of Kenya's best scenic viewpoints.
Cross the floor of the rift valley and reach Maasai Mara game reserve. Lunch is taken en route. You can visit a local village on this day before checking into your campsite. Dinner will be provided either from the camp kitchen before spending the night in our modern two person tent or at your lodge.
Day 2: Day in Maasai Mara
We will take an early morning game drive that will be followed by breakfast. An additional, optional game drive is possible after breakfast. Lunch will be served at the camp. Later, at 1630 hours, an afternoon game drive tills sunset. Overnight will either be at our camp or the lodge.
Day 3: Drive Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, you leave the mara driving to Lake Nakuru National park. You will take with you a packed lunch. An afternoon game drive in the park will follows. Lake Nakuru park is famous for it's flamingos but there are other types of birds also leaving there. Dinner and overnight at a budget hotel in Nakuru.
Day 4: Game Drive in Nakuru. Drive to Nairobi
After breakfast we spend the morning watching and photographing the wide variety of birds and animals. Lunch will be served before we depart for Nairobi mid or late afternoon.
