Routing: Mombasa-Tsavo-Amboseli-Nairobi-Meru-Samburu-Aberdares-Nakuru-Baringo-Kakamega-Kisumu-Mara-Naivasha-Mombasa.
Day 1:Drive Mombasa to Tsavo East
Pick up from your hotel in Mombasa. Drive on the Mombasa driving highway entering Tsavo East National park at Bachuma gate. Enjoy a game drive in the park. Lunch at Voi Safari Lodge. Further game in Tsavo East till sunset. Dinner and overnight at Manyatta Camp.
Day 2:Drive Tsavo East to Tsavo West
Leave Tsavo East park and drive to Tsavo West with a visit to Mzima Springs. Proceed with game viewing in the park till Lion Rock Lodge for lunch. Afternoon game viewing till sunset. Dinner and overnight at Lion Rock Lodge.
Day 3: Drive Tsavo West to Amboseli
Early morning game drive followed by breakfast. Afterwards depart for Amboseli National park where you arrive in time for lunch. At 1630 hours, game run till sunset in Amboseli. Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp.
Day 4: Day in Amboseli
You spend the whole day in Amboseli. You may choose to visit the Maasai villages around the park. Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp.
Day 5: Drive Amboseli to Nairobi
You do your last early morning game drive in Amboseli followed by breakfast. Then you depart for Nairobi to arrive by mid day. Transfer to West Breeze Hotel for afternoon relaxation. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Drive Nairobi to Meru
Breakfast at your budget hotel in Nairobi – West Breeze Hotel. After breakfast, you depart for the 4 hour drive to Meru National park. You arrive in time for lunch at your campsite. At 1630 hours, game drive will begin to run till sunset. Dinner and overnight at your campsite in Meru.
Day 7: Day in Meru National park
All day game viewing activities in Meru National park. You will have 3 game drives in the park. All meals and overnight at your campsite in Meru.
Day 8: Drive Meru to Samburu
After breakfast, you leave Meru and begin the drive northwards to Samburu National game reserve. You will arrive in time for lunch at Sentrim hotels cottages. Afternoon game run begins from 1630 hours and lasts till sunset. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sentrim Cottages.
Day 9: Day in Samburu
All day game viewing activities in Samburu Game reserve. You will have theree game drives in the reserve. Meals will be served at Sentrim Cottages. Overnight at Samburu Sentrim Cottages.
Day 10: Drive Samburu to Aberdares
Early morning game drive is followed by breakfast at Samburu. After breakfast, you depart heading towards central Kenya. You arrive Aberdares Forests in time for your lunch at Aberdare Cottages and campsite. Afternoon hiking and game walk in Aberdares till sunset. Dinner and overnight at Aberdares Cottages & Campsite
Day 11: Drive Aberdares to Nakuru
Breakfast at the campsite in Aberdares. You then depart for the Great Rift Valley. You arrive in time for lunch at the lodge before an afternoon bird-watching drive in the afternoon till sunset. Dinner and overnight at a guest house in Lake Nakuru.
Day 12: Drive Lake Nakuru to Baringo
After breakfast in your hotel in Nakuru, depart driving further north in the Rift Valley. Visit Lake Bogoria and villages around the area. Lunch at Soi Safari Lodge. After drive to Lake Baringo. Visit the Baringo community Museum and the snake park.
Baringo is well known for its reptiles. Hot, dry and rocky, this is perfect country for lizards and snakes, while the fresh waters of the Lake are home to a healthy population of crocodiles. The museum is open daily, displaying several species of snakes, including the Black Mamba, Puff Adder, Boomslang and Spitting Cobra as well as Monitor Lizards, Crocodiles and a central pit shared by endangered tortoises and harmless Stripe Bellied Sand Snakes. Dinner and overnight at Lake Baringo Club.
Day 13: Drive Lake Baringo to Kakamega
Breakfast in Lake Baringo. Depart for Kakamega Forest. After lunch, enjoy a nature walk in the forest. Return to Rondo Retreat for dinner and overnight.
Day 14: Day in Kakamega
Full day enjoy acitivities in the forest including bird-walking and nature walk. Dinner and overnight at Rondo Retreat.
Day 15: Drive Kakamega to Kisumu
Breakfast at your hotel in Kakamega Forest. After breakfast, drive back to Kisumu town. Enjoy a tour of Kisum town before you drive to your hotel. Afternoon at leisure on the lakeside town. Dinner and overnight at Kiboko Bay Hotel.
Day 16: Drive Kisumu to Mara
Early breakfast at your hotel before you set out for the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
You will arrive in time for lunch at your campsite in the Mara. Afternoon game drive will run till sunset. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sidai Camp.
Day 17: Day in Maasai Mara
This day is spent in the Maasai mara. Activities include game drives and a possible visit to the local Maasai village. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sidai Camp.
Day 18: Drive Maasai Mara to Naivasha
After breakfast, check out of the Maasai mara and drive to Lake Naivasha. Afternoon hiking at the Hell’s Gate National park. Dinner and overnight at Elsamere House.
Day 19: Drive Naivasha to Mombasa
Early breakfast at your hotel in Naivasha, depart Mombasa via Nairobi. Lunch is at Voi. Proceed on to Mombasa and transfer to Bamburi Beach Resort on Bamburi Beach.
Day 20: Day in Mombasa
All day beach activities in Mombasa. Plan your own leisure activities by the beach. Overnight at Bamburi Beach Resort.
Day 21 and 22: Day in Mombasa
All day beach activities in Mombasa. Plan your own leisure activities by the beach. Overnight at Bamburi Beach Resort.
Day 22: Depart
Transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
