Safari Highlights
Outstanding scenery
Interesting rural countryside
Cultural interaction
Plenty of wild-life viewing
The Kruger National Park is one of South Africa's main landmarks and offers an exciting wilderness experience. The sight of elephant, lion, rhino, leopard, buffalo, etc. in their natural habitat is always a thrill. The park is the second largest in South Africa with a south to north span of more than 380 kilometres and has a vast selection of animal species. The evenings are particularly rewarding when you hear the sounds of Africa from the camps. We combine this treasure with another, less known, one - in the Waterberg Mountains and adjacent areas sporting a highveld and savannah like climate.

After a final game drive and breakfast, we drive via Kowyn's Pass to the Escarpment and visit Bourke's Luck Potholes, Blyde River Canyon, God's Window and the Lisbon Falls. Then we travel through the Abel Erasmus tunnel and descend down to the Lowveld en-route to Tzaneen. Explore the town and travel into the Magoebaskloof pass where our hotel is situated. The rest of the afternoon you can embark on short explorations around the hotel and marvel at the scenic views. Magoebas Kloof Hotel.
