Balloon Safaris in Serengeti and Selous Game Reserve

The other location for Hot air balloon while on Tanzania Safari is Selous Game Reserve, in southern tanzania.Selous Hot Air Balloon is one of the safari options in Southern Tanzania Safaris. The balloon takes off just before dawn  when the breeze on the plains is still cold.  You fly over Matambwe towards  Mtemere airstrip viewing wildlife such us hunting dog, lion, zebra and giraffe from a bird's eye view.

Children under the age of 7 years are not permitted on the hot air balloon.  This is because at this age they might not be able to see from the edge of the hot air balloon basket.  There attention span is also very short and may get restless during the flight.
